- Morrisby Profile: Access to an online psychometric assessment that provides personalised career recommendations, career pathway information, HSC subject selection suggestions, and lifetime access to the Morrisby account for ongoing exploration.
- 90 Minute Online Meeting: Students receive tailored guidance on pathways into skilled trades, including apprenticeships, TAFE courses, entry requirements, and progression within trades such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and automotive industries.
- Access to a Careers Counsellor: Students receive guidance from a careers counsellor who holds at least one university bachelor’s degree and has academic or professional experience in major disciplines such as Medicine, Engineering, Law, or STEM.

The Morrisby Profile is a series of evidence-based psychometric assessments used worldwide to identify natural strengths, interests, and future goals. Based on these results, Morrisby generates personalised career and subject recommendations aligned with the individual’s abilities, personality, and aspirations. With lifelong access to their profile, users can revisit and explore evolving career and course options as their goals and circumstances change.
